The ClearGage Payment Accelerator has numerous, robust features including the ability to import/export data to any practice management system (PMS) that is HIPAA/ HL7 compliant as well as most accounting software systems.
Our PCI compliant electronic payment gateway:
- Works with many payment processors who have an electronic payment gateway; so there may be no requirement to change merchant account providers.
- Uses a secure Internet gateway to transmit payment data to process all major credit and debit cards and electronic checks.
- Deposits payments directly into your bank account within 24 to 72 hours.
Implementation
What to expect. Once you've applied for the ClearGage Payment Accelerator service, you will be contacted by a member from our ClearGage Client Implementations team who will work with you to develop a project plan that addresses the goals, objectives, and training needs of your company. Typically it takes about thirty days to set up and install a new client.
Rates, Fees, & Guarantees
As with most things in life, one size does not fit all. Our rates and fees vary according to the size, needs, and volume of your business. The ClearGage pricing structure may include an initial implementation fee and a monthly maintenance charge. Transaction fees vary by type, volume and your company's average transaction size. Please note: Your merchant account is a separate account with additional fees that are not part of included in the ClearGage service. If you already have a merchant account, you probably will not need to change processors. However, by choosing one of our preferred referral partners, you can take advantage of enhanced pricing.
If you're not happy, neither are we. Every contract comes with a complete performance and service guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied at any point within your first year of service, ClearGage will refund 100% of your initial set up charges. You are free to terminate the agreement with as little as 60 days notice.
