How do I add a new patient?
There are three ways new patients can be added to the system. Add them one at a time, ideal for "drop-ins", through exporting a file from your practice management system "PMS" and importing it into your application or configure the Payment Accelerator for an EDI with you HL7 compliant PMS.
How do I add a patient schedule?
You can add a patient schedule directly through an interface with your HL7 compliant practice management system "PMS" or through a manual file exchange with your PMS.

View Your Patient Schedule
Import your patient's scheduled appointments using your PMS or manually enter a new patient's information. Schedules can be viewed and sorted by:
- Patient name
- Appointment date and time
- Provider Name
Process & Review Payments
Review previous balances or plans, schedule payment plans and process one time transactions. PCI compliant, the application protects patient payment information using advanced security and operational standards to secure card and account holder data, while allowing you to take care of transactions quickly and efficiently.
Search for Patients
Use the robust search engine tool to easily search for patients. Patients can be searched by name, date of birth, appointment time or provider.
